BUYER FAQ

How do I collect my item? - We sell directly from client homes and our Zionsville warehouse, where most items can be picked up.  Once the transaction is complete, we will work with you to schedule a pick up date and time.  

Am I able to see the item first? - Contact us at KLMLuxuryConsignment@gmail.com. We are happy to arrange a time for you to first see the item.  

Do you offer delivery? - Local delivery to the Indianapolis area can be arranged at the cost of the purchaser.  Usually around $150. 

Do you offer shipping? 

* We will facilitate shipping across the continental USA and Canada

* Please reach out for out of state shipping quotes. Include item name and your shipping zip code and we will get a quote to you at KLMLuxuryConsignment@gmail.com

* To quickly get an out of state quote yourself, click on the www.uship.com link. Type in the information for an immediate price quote.  The pickup zip code is 46077.

Do you allow returns? - All sales are final. 

SELLER FAQ

How do I sell my item? - Contact us at KLMLuxuryConsignment@gmail.com. Include a photo of each item, along with the original purchasing price and brand name.  If there is any wear and tear, please note that as well.  We will reach out to you to set up an appointment to view your item and set a price. Item remains in your possession until sold. 

Why sell with KLM? - We offer a broader range with our online presence than you'll find at estate sales or consignment shops. We will push your item through our social media accounts.  We deal with the buyer and you collect the check!   

What items do you accept? Any high quality (new or gently used) home goods are acceptable.  We accept items from paintings to rugs to light fixtures to bedroom sets.  If you furnish or decorate your home with it, we will consider it.
